Submission Guidelines APMSTS 2025

Go to APMSTS 2025 Abstract Submission Portal by clicking "Submit Now" Above

STEP 2

For first time users, create a new account and upload the presenter's Information.

STEP 3

Upload abstract details through the portal (Incomplete abstracts can be saved as draft and submitted later)

STEP 4

Complete abstract submission before the deadline

STEP 5

A confirmation email will be sent to the contact details provided in Step 2, once your abstract submission has been received

  1. All abstracts must be submitted within the period of January 1st, 2025 to May 1st, 2025 EXTENDED UNTIL JUNE 1st, 2025   through the APMSTS 2025 Abstract Submission Portal.
  2. Abstracts must be submitted in English.
    • The title should be limited to 40 words. Each word should be capitalized, with the exception of articles, prepositions and conjunctions.
    • Abstracts should not exceed 500 words.
  3. The abstract must include the following four sections:
    • Background/Introduction
    • Methods/Case Presentation/Scope of Review
    • Findings/Discussion
    • Conclusion/Implications
  4. Keywords: Use a maximum of 5 keywords.
  5. Abstracts may be submitted for either of the following presentation categories:
    • Oral
    • Poster
      * Requirements for oral and poster presentations will be announced after the abstract selection process.
  6. Authors may submit multiple abstracts, but the same abstract cannot be submitted to more than one presentation category (oral or poster).
  7. The participant submitting the abstract must indicate who will be presenting. The designated presenter of an accepted abstract (oral or poster) MUST register for the conference by or before July 5th, 2025, to be included in the final program.
  8. Online submissions must indicate copyright agreements allowing publication of materials for all intents and purposes of the conference.
  9. Authors are strongly advised to ensure accuracy of their respective abstracts. Any further edits to accepted abstracts will not be entertained, and submitted versions will be published as is.
  10. All authors listed on an abstract must have consented to submission for presentation at APMSTS 2025. Each author is responsible for the accuracy of the data and results presented in the abstract.
  11. The Scientific Committee of APMSTS 2025 reserves the right to accept or refuse any abstract, to designate abstracts for oral or poster presentation, and to choose a suitable session for the abstract. The authors’ preference of the type of the presentation and theme will be taken into account but may be subject to change in the final program.
  12. All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee of APMSTS 2025. Presenting authors will be informed of the results via email. 
  13. Abstracts under consideration for presentation at other conferences will not be accepted by the APMSTS 2025 Scientific Committee.

Awards

Best Plenary Award
  • Abstracts will be shortlisted based on scores assigned by the Scientific Committee.
  • The presenter must join APMSTS 2025 as in-person participant to compete the award.
  • The best oral presenter will be given a grant of USD 1,000 together with a certificate.
Best Satellite Award
  • Abstracts will be shortlisted based on scores assigned by the Scientific Committee.
  • The presenter must join APMSTS 2025 as in-person participant to compete the award.
  • The best poster presenter will be given a grant of USD 1,000 together with a certificate.
Best Poster Award
  • Abstracts will be shortlisted based on scores assigned by the Scientific Committee.
  • The presenter must join APMSTS 2025 as in-person participant to compete the award.
  • The best flash presenter will be given a grant of USD 1,000 together with a certificate.
